I’ve been doing yoga, fitness and martial arts for over 20 years but no one has every pushed me to the edge more than Dre. As difficult as the class is though it’s just as much fun and inspiring. Love how he incorporates yoga and the music is super motivating too. I look forward to it every week!!!
Dre is incredible! He is very knowledgeable in his profession. He makes the time fly by. He is patient, understanding and fun to be with. He is gentle but firm. There is a peaceful, restful aura that surrounds him which makes you want to please him by pushing that much harder. Richard Simmons used to say that you're not working out hard enough unless you are sweating enough to make your underwear wet; by the time Dre is finished with me I am sweating from my roots to the bottom of my feet and I love every drop of sweat because it means I'm getting closer to my goal! I am so glad that I was matched to Dre as my trainer. He is the best!
Dre is an excellent trainer! I’ve been to multiple studio gyms with various classes over the past 3 years — Dre’s class is my favourite. He makes sure my technique and form is correct, and always pushes me further than I think I’m capable of. The yoga and stretching is a perfect warm-up and cool down. Thanks Dre! �

Dre is amazing! Looking forward to tomorrow’s DOMS... I know it’s coming, I can feel it 🙂 I haven’t had a workout this challenging in a long time... Loved it and hated it at the same time, but afterwards the sense of accomplishment was amazing! If you are looking for a seriously good trainer, look no further, Dre is your man!
Dre is super inspirational and an incredibly strong and motivating instructor. He pushes you to go beyond your own limits because he is there to support you 100% of the way. If you want to challenge yourself physically and mentally then try his classes. You will be amazed at what you can really do when you step outside your comfort zone. Dre is kick-ass!
Absolutely love Dre's yoga classes! I've never been motivated to go to yoga classes, but Dre has got me hooked - he varies the speed and intensity and I always feel like relaxed and energized after. I'm adding his classes into my weekly routine, as I want to make sure I stay injury free this season. And did I mention that he has the most awesome jams ever?!?

Dre is extremely motivating with tough love. His workout is the kind of challenge that leaves you feeling like you couldn’t have been more productive in the last hour.
Our running team had a great session with Dre. He tailored our class to be restorative to help us recover from all the mileage we run, and touched on the typical issues runners deal with. He also had a great playlist that gave the class a different vibe and way more enjoyable for those who are not as familiar with yoga.
Dre's class was my first Power Yoga class, and it was awesome! He made it fun, and exhilarating! I literally left it all on my mat, but felt like a million bucks afterwards. Will definitely be back for more! Namaste
Dre’s class was a perfect combination of power yoga, strength building, and a kickass fitness class. My arms were jelly by the end but it felt so amazing to complete the workout and come out with a huge smile! Highly recommend this class for those who love yoga and want to feel strong and empowered!
Dre’s class was challenging, fast paced and exactly what I needed to regenerate my fitness goals! No blood but lots of sweat, and laughter instead of tears. Class is challenging and motivating! It tests your physical strength to the point where you thought you were in shape and you leave class realizing how much harder you have to work!

Dre is awesome, hardcore, super passionate, and very approachable. He's the guy who whoops your butt in a training session but you're so grateful he did! I've walked out of his class proud (mostly that I survived), confident, and with a great sense of accomplishment. He gives you a workout that you keep thinking back to throughout the day. Dre sets the mood with great tunes. Along with his teaching, you really enjoy how he lengthens the poses to make sure you maximize each breathe. Highly recommend to add this to your routine to protect and strengthen your body! ���

Amazing trainer, amazing workouts - always! Dre comes up with creative circuits that target the full body. His workouts are well planned and flow perfectly. He's motivating and pushes you to go the extra mile even when you feel like you've got nothing left! I always leave the class feeling stronger!
I have caught the bug and alot of the credit has to go to Dre. had two great classes with him and looking forward to the next class. great workout and most importantly he makes time to help all of us with our form ( or lack of) to help keep us safe.
Dre’s workouts definitely push and challenge me. I love how he incorporates power yoga into his classes as well as a substantial stretch and cool down at the end. I have definitely seen a significant improvement in my strength and stamina as a result of his exercises. He uses weights in his circuit training that push you out of your comfort zone, but he doesn’t sacrifice good form. It’s a hell of a workout but very gratifying in the end.
I went to my first workout in 8 months and did a class with Dre this morning. He pushed me hard, got me sweating and wanting to give up, but really motivates you and makes you feel like you can achieve it. My mom was with me and although she did some modified workouts, she didn’t give up either! Dre is awesome!
If your looking for a kick ass workout lead by someone who brings positivity and energy than Dre’s classes are for you. The workout is intense, but you’ll leave feeling accomplished.
