    5 star review  Dre isn't just a trainer I consider him a friend now. He doesn't just motivate you to physically challenge yourself he really cares about where your mind and thoughts are. He inspires me mind and body, and never passes judgment. Can't wait to train with him again ❤️ Amazing trainer 💪🙏🏻 And human!!!

    5 star review  Absolutely love Dre's yoga classes! I've never been motivated to go to yoga classes, but Dre has got me hooked - he varies the speed and intensity and I always feel like relaxed and energized after. I'm adding his classes into my weekly routine, as I want to make sure I stay injury free this season. And did I mention that he has the most awesome jams ever?!?

    5 star review  Amazing trainer, amazing workouts - always! Dre comes up with creative circuits that target the full body. His workouts are well planned and flow perfectly. He's motivating and pushes you to go the extra mile even when you feel like you've got nothing left! I always leave the class feeling stronger!

    5 star review  Super engaging trainer. He is very helpful and is always making sure your form is correct. The exercises were diverse and not repetitive. Overall great instructor-- highly recommend!

He will call you out on things and push you to do your best even when you are resistant and are an epic complainer lol He takes the time to figure out what you really need and what. I have worked with trainers in the past and Dre is by far the best I have been with! If you want to be the best you can be, Dre is the guy I would recommend

    5 star review  THE BEST TRAINER EVER! Dre is always super encouraging, I wouldn't even really call him a trainer because he goes out of his way to make sure you are cared for. He really does go that extra mile. We have been working together for the past 3 months and I have dropped 10lbs and have gotten stronger. Really excited to reach my goal, I'm almost there 🙂

    5 star review  Dre sets the mood with great tunes. Along with his teaching, you really enjoy how he lengthens the poses to make sure you maximize each breathe. Highly recommend to add this to your routine to protect and strengthen your body! ���

  • 5 star review  I have worked with numerous trainers in the past and Dre just raises the bar. He really sets himself apart with this genuine empathy and his ability to inspire you to show up big. Dre is more than just a trainer, he's a game changer. He has challenged me in ways I didn't feel comfortable but when it was all said and done I am all the better for it.     5 star review  Dre has now become a regular part of my fitness regiment. At 6:00a.m. he is raring to go to give an awesome class to start our days fast and furious!! He combines a great balance of power yoga, weights and circuit training. I highly recommend him for a intense workout!!

  • 5 star review  Dre is an amazing coach, we have been working together for the last several months and my composition has changed dramatically. I've lost bodyfat and increased my lean muscle all in a matter of months. I've had trainers in the past and they seem to just go through the motions. Dre has been very supportive and genuinely wants to see you succeed. Thanks to Dre I finally have abs! lol He is really on the ball when it comes to holding you accountable, and very, very, very inspiring when you need a pick me up. I would definitely recommend Dre, and in fact I have connected friends of mine with him already.

    5 star review  Dre is the shit! Trust this jacked yogi to get you to your goals. Dre knows his stuff inside and out, just start a convo with him and you will know he's the real deal. I have been training for years, and when I first hooked up with Dre he took me to school. He educates you on why you are doing what you are doing. He's not like one of those trainers that just pulls things out of thin air when it comes to programming. We sat down and ran through it all so I understood exactly. What to get your goals, you need to work with Dre.

    5 star review  Our running team had a great session with Dre. He tailored our class to be restorative to help us recover from all the mileage we run, and touched on the typical issues runners deal with. He also had a great playlist that gave the class a different vibe and way more enjoyable for those who are not as familiar with yoga.

  • 5 star review  Dre is an outstanding coach. I'm very active and do a lot of running and started working with Dre so I can get into lifting more and work on my flexibility. Dre has helped me improve issues I was having with my back and hamstrings with his stretch sessions, my back has always been really bad but after just one session I was able to feel the difference. His training program is very well thought out, he explains the breakdown of the program and goes over the expectations with you. Dre keeps you challenged in the best of ways, I would recommend Dre any time!

    5 star review  I always enjoy going to Dre’s classes as they are like no other! The yoga at the beginning and during the cool down is a unique way of incorporating strength and flexibility training. Dre always motivates you while paying attention to everyone else in the class ensuring we all get the most out of our workout! I always look forward to going to his classes!

    5 star review  Dreeee is a fantastic coach to have on your side. He's a very good listener and understands any concerns you may have. He believes things are always "workable" you will hear that alot. Excuses? He will call you out on a lot of things, but this is what makes him an amazing coach. He will tell you things you probably don't want to hear but you need to hear. Dre is more than just an amazing trainer, he delves deeper into what hinders you from achieving your goals. Dre has changed my views on a lot of things and for the better, if you want someone is knowledgeable, inspiring, and you desire a change to be at your best, Dre is the one you need to seek.

    5 star review  If you want a coach that gives you sustainable results and keeps it real with you Dre is the man! He keeps things very simple and doesn’t believe in drastic changes. He tries to look at everything from your perspective, which I really liked because sometimes I just can’t fit certain things in my lifestyle and Dre finds a happy medium. He made small tweaks to my nutrition and the way I was training. I got to my leanest at 10% body fat from 26% with working with Dre.

    Dre is super coach, he really know what he is talking about. I love the combination of fitness, yoga and mindfulness that Dre brings into his training programs. He understands that some of the biggest challenges we face are not just physical but mental as well. I would highly recommend Dre if you are seriously looking for change.

  • 5 star review  Dre is the type of coach you have that love hate relationship. He calls you out on your fluff and holds you accountable to make sure you do what you need to do. It's not always pretty, he came to my home one time to make sure I didn't skip a workout. He goes out of his way to make sure you succeed.

I had hit a plateau with my own results, Dre made some minor modifications to my training and diet and I got leaner without losing my size. He's more than a trainer, he genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him.

  • 5 star review  I have been going to Dre's early morning classes. While I dread the early wake-up and the challenge ahead, I always leave his classes in a sweat and feeling that I had an amazing workout and stretch. Dre takes the time to ensure that everyone's positioning and form are correct. He modifies for those who require and further challenges those that are able. Dre is very motivating and he pushes us for every minute of the class. There is no time wasted. I strongly recommend that you try Dre's classes!
