What Happens in a Mobility + Stretch Session

Stretch Therapy is a unique system of assisted stretching that focuses not only on the muscle, but on releasing and mobilizing the fascia, the joint capsule, and other connective tissues that may be limiting your flexibility, strength, and performance.

Fascia is the material surrounding all muscles in your body. Like other tissues, fascia can become tight and less mobile resulting in restricted movement.

  • 47% of your flexibility is locked up in your joint capsule, while 42% of your flexibility potential is in your fascia
  • We lose 10% of our range of motion for every 10 years we age, unless we take an active role in maintaining or improving our flexibility

  • 5 star review  Dre is incredible! He is very knowledgeable in his profession. He makes the time fly by. He is patient, understanding and fun to be with. He is gentle but firm. There is a peaceful, restful aura that surrounds him which makes you want to please him by pushing that much harder. Richard Simmons used to say that you're not working out hard enough unless you are sweating enough to make your underwear wet; by the time Dre is finished with me I am sweating from my roots to the bottom of my feet and I love every drop of sweat because it means I'm getting closer to my goal! I am so glad that I was matched to Dre as my trainer. He is the best!

    5 star review  Dre’s workouts definitely push and challenge me. I love how he incorporates power yoga into his classes as well as a substantial stretch and cool down at the end. I have definitely seen a significant improvement in my strength and stamina as a result of his exercises. He uses weights in his circuit training that push you out of your comfort zone, but he doesn’t sacrifice good form. It’s a hell of a workout but very gratifying in the end.

His classes are extremely well thought out and target the entire body, leaving you with a feeling of accomplishment at the end. His music is also top notch, which always helps in getting you through an intense workout!

    5 star review  Dre's yoga class is amazing, when you see a big dude like him you are shocked he's a yoga teacher lol But there is so much benefit from doing yoga and Dre is walking proof of that. Yoga is not something I would routinely do, but after doing Dre's yoga class I have it scheduled weekly now. I feel amazing after class and it's not boring and Dre always has an amazing playlist. It's definitely not your typical yoga you always see.

He really does go that extra mile. We have been working together for the past 3 months and I have dropped 10lbs and have gotten stronger. Really excited to reach my goal, I'm almost there 🙂

    5 star review  Dre is the type of coach you have that love hate relationship. He calls you out on your fluff and holds you accountable to make sure you do what you need to do. It's not always pretty, he came to my home one time to make sure I didn't skip a workout. He goes out of his way to make sure you succeed.

    5 star review  This guy is the real thing. You want a trainer that knows his stuff but who is also an amazing coach. Dre gets pretty deep with things and makes you really think as to why you have certain guards up which stop you from getting to your goals. I had to overcome some serious walls, which had nothing to do with training or nutrition but as Dre likes to put it " GET CLEAR" I was able to get things done and be in one of the best shapes I have ever been in. 5 stars for me.

  • 5 star review  Dre is the shit! Trust this jacked yogi to get you to your goals. Dre knows his stuff inside and out, just start a convo with him and you will know he's the real deal. I have been training for years, and when I first hooked up with Dre he took me to school. He educates you on why you are doing what you are doing. He's not like one of those trainers that just pulls things out of thin air when it comes to programming. We sat down and ran through it all so I understood exactly. What to get your goals, you need to work with Dre.

  • Dre is super coach, he really know what he is talking about. I love the combination of fitness, yoga and mindfulness that Dre brings into his training programs. He understands that some of the biggest challenges we face are not just physical but mental as well. I would highly recommend Dre if you are seriously looking for change.

    5 star review  WOW. That's all I can say about Dre. He's a incredible coach, who really knows how to challenge and inspire you. Just when you think you don't have anymore to give he will push you to your limits, and thank him afterwards. There have been so many times I would just want to give up, but Dre is always right there encouraging me to keep going. It the span of two months I have lost 8lbs and actually put on muscle! I couldn't be more happier and I am getting stronger and toner.

    5 star review  Dre is the man when it comes to improving body composition. I had hit a plateau with my own results, Dre made some minor modifications to my training and diet and I got leaner without losing my size. He's more than a trainer, he genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him.

While I dread the early wake-up and the challenge ahead, I always leave his classes in a sweat and feeling that I had an amazing workout and stretch. Dre takes the time to ensure that everyone's positioning and form are correct. He modifies for those who require and further challenges those that are able. Dre is very motivating and he pushes us for every minute of the class. There is no time wasted. I strongly recommend that you try Dre's classes!

Although I have called him a few uncomplimentary names while in the thick of it, I am grateful for his professional expertise and ability to take me to the next level even when I think I'm done.     5 star review  Dre helped me loose over 12 pounds in the matter of 2 months. I don’t think i could’ve done this without his help. He pushed me to my limits and beyond what i thought I could do. He's super supportive and understands challenges that you go through, you give a Dre a obstacle he will sit you down and come up with a solution with you. I couldn't say anything more positive about Dre, what I like about Dre is we both worked on a plan together so it actually fits with my hectic lifestyle and it makes sense for me. Not something that is entirely out of the ordinary and impossible to fit in. Dre has gotten me in amazing shape and I couldn't of gotten here without him. If you want someone who can get you looking your best, Dre is definitely your guy!

  • 5 star review  If you want a coach that gives you sustainable results and keeps it real with you Dre is the man! He keeps things very simple and doesn’t believe in drastic changes. He tries to look at everything from your perspective, which I really liked because sometimes I just can’t fit certain things in my lifestyle and Dre finds a happy medium. He made small tweaks to my nutrition and the way I was training. I got to my leanest at 10% body fat from 26% with working with Dre.
