The yoga at the beginning and during the cool down is a unique way of incorporating strength and flexibility training.   • 5 star review  This guy is the real thing. You want a trainer that knows his stuff but who is also an amazing coach. Dre gets pretty deep with things and makes you really think as to why you have certain guards up which stop you from getting to your goals. I had to overcome some serious walls, which had nothing to do with training or nutrition but as Dre likes to put it " GET CLEAR" I was able to get things done and be in one of the best shapes I have ever been in. 5 stars for me.

His classes are extremely well thought out and target the entire body, leaving you with a feeling of accomplishment at the end. His music is also top notch, which always helps in getting you through an intense workout!

    5 star review  I started training with Dre three weeks ago. After trying a series of other trainers he is definitely the best trainer I've worked with in Toronto. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and health and his workouts are amazing. In additional to his workouts he's very very knowledgable on nutrition. I already dropped 6lbs and feel stronger and healthier. If you're looking for an amazing coach, Dre is the one!!

    5 star review  I have worked with numerous trainers in the past and Dre just raises the bar. He really sets himself apart with this genuine empathy and his ability to inspire you to show up big.   • Dre is super coach, he really know what he is talking about. I love the combination of fitness, yoga and mindfulness that Dre brings into his training programs. He understands that some of the biggest challenges we face are not just physical but mental as well. I would highly recommend Dre if you are seriously looking for change.

Although I have called him a few uncomplimentary names while in the thick of it, I am grateful for his professional expertise and ability to take me to the next level even when I think I'm done.   • 5 star review  Dre is an amazing coach, we have been working together for the last several months and my composition has changed dramatically. I've lost bodyfat and increased my lean muscle all in a matter of months. I've had trainers in the past and they seem to just go through the motions. Dre has been very supportive and genuinely wants to see you succeed. Thanks to Dre I finally have abs! lol He is really on the ball when it comes to holding you accountable, and very, very, very inspiring when you need a pick me up. I would definitely recommend Dre, and in fact I have connected friends of mine with him already.

It's not always pretty, he came to my home one time to make sure I didn't skip a workout. He goes out of his way to make sure you succeed.

  • 5 star review  Dre is the shit! Trust this jacked yogi to get you to your goals. Dre knows his stuff inside and out, just start a convo with him and you will know he's the real deal. I have been training for years, and when I first hooked up with Dre he took me to school. He educates you on why you are doing what you are doing. He's not like one of those trainers that just pulls things out of thin air when it comes to programming. We sat down and ran through it all so I understood exactly. What to get your goals, you need to work with Dre.

  • 5 star review  If you want a coach that gives you sustainable results and keeps it real with you Dre is the man! He keeps things very simple and doesn’t believe in drastic changes. He tries to look at everything from your perspective, which I really liked because sometimes I just can’t fit certain things in my lifestyle and Dre finds a happy medium. He made small tweaks to my nutrition and the way I was training. I got to my leanest at 10% body fat from 26% with working with Dre.
