    5 star review  Dre is amazing! His unique style of incorporating yoga into our weight training sessions are amazing! My body has toned up and I am getting continually getting stronger by the workout. He takes his time on you and will even take the time and stretch you out afterwards. 5 stars all the way!!

He tailored our class to be restorative to help us recover from all the mileage we run, and touched on the typical issues runners deal with. He also had a great playlist that gave the class a different vibe and way more enjoyable for those who are not as familiar with yoga.

    5 star review  Dre’s class was a perfect combination of power yoga, strength building, and a kickass fitness class. My arms were jelly by the end but it felt so amazing to complete the workout and come out with a huge smile! Highly recommend this class for those who love yoga and want to feel strong and empowered!

  • 5 star review  Dre is an incredible coach, he is very attentive and inspirational. If you are having an off day, Dre is really good at motivating you to get your ass back on track. He's super supportive and understands challenges that you go through, you give a Dre a obstacle he will sit you down and come up with a solution with you. I couldn't say anything more positive about Dre, what I like about Dre is we both worked on a plan together so it actually fits with my hectic lifestyle and it makes sense for me. Not something that is entirely out of the ordinary and impossible to fit in. Dre has gotten me in amazing shape and I couldn't of gotten here without him. If you want someone who can get you looking your best, Dre is definitely your guy!

    5 star review  I started training with Dre three weeks ago. After trying a series of other trainers he is definitely the best trainer I've worked with in Toronto. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and health and his workouts are amazing. In additional to his workouts he's very very knowledgable on nutrition. I already dropped 6lbs and feel stronger and healthier. If you're looking for an amazing coach, Dre is the one!!

    5 star review  Dre is incredible! He is very knowledgeable in his profession. He makes the time fly by. He is patient, understanding and fun to be with. He is gentle but firm. There is a peaceful, restful aura that surrounds him which makes you want to please him by pushing that much harder. Richard Simmons used to say that you're not working out hard enough unless you are sweating enough to make your underwear wet; by the time Dre is finished with me I am sweating from my roots to the bottom of my feet and I love every drop of sweat because it means I'm getting closer to my goal! I am so glad that I was matched to Dre as my trainer. He is the best!

    5 star review  Dreeee is a fantastic coach to have on your side. He's a very good listener and understands any concerns you may have. He believes things are always "workable" you will hear that alot. Excuses? He will call you out on a lot of things, but this is what makes him an amazing coach. He will tell you things you probably don't want to hear but you need to hear. Dre is more than just an amazing trainer, he delves deeper into what hinders you from achieving your goals. Dre has changed my views on a lot of things and for the better, if you want someone is knowledgeable, inspiring, and you desire a change to be at your best, Dre is the one you need to seek.

  • 5 star review  If you’re looking to strip some calories, work up a torrential sweat and have a helluva good time, Dre is definitely the coach for you. I’ve only been to a few of his classes, but it just took that first class for Dre to have to positive yet motivating impression on me to continue onward. I’ve been working out consistently for years, but what he brings to the table is completely different from my personal workout routine. At some points, I feel like I’m at square one. But that’s fantastic because his classes made me realize there are aspects within the fitness realm that I vastly want to improve on. There’s without a doubt his programs are going to aid significantly on getting me into the best shape of my life. Very exited for future sessions!

He's very knowledgable and uber inspiring, his positivity is contagious and I just love him for that. Client or as a friend, Dre is one of those people you should have in your life.     5 star review  Dre is awesome, hardcore, super passionate, and very approachable. He's the guy who whoops your butt in a training session but you're so grateful he did! I've walked out of his class proud (mostly that I survived), confident, and with a great sense of accomplishment. He gives you a workout that you keep thinking back to throughout the day. Plus, I love his power yoga!

    5 star review  If you want a coach that gives you sustainable results and keeps it real with you Dre is the man! He keeps things very simple and doesn’t believe in drastic changes. He tries to look at everything from your perspective, which I really liked because sometimes I just can’t fit certain things in my lifestyle and Dre finds a happy medium. He made small tweaks to my nutrition and the way I was training. I got to my leanest at 10% body fat from 26% with working with Dre.

    5 star review  The first thing I will say is that if you are researching coaches in toronto, Dre is absolutely the best hands down!! Once you have that first session you will be hooked. Dre has mastered his craft. Every second of the workout is spent pushing me to my maximum potential. He is very knowledgeable not only about training but about nutrition and supplements which is very important if you're looking to transform your body. I went to him for weight loss and I have gotten stronger and continuously get comments from everyone about how great I am looking. If you want someone to push you and give you a workout like no other then Dre is the guy.

    5 star review  I went to my first workout in 8 months and did a class with Dre this morning. He pushed me hard, got me sweating and wanting to give up, but really motivates you and makes you feel like you can achieve it. My mom was with me and although she did some modified workouts, she didn’t give up either! Dre is awesome!

  • 5 star review  This guy is the real thing. You want a trainer that knows his stuff but who is also an amazing coach. Dre gets pretty deep with things and makes you really think as to why you have certain guards up which stop you from getting to your goals. I had to overcome some serious walls, which had nothing to do with training or nutrition but as Dre likes to put it " GET CLEAR" I was able to get things done and be in one of the best shapes I have ever been in. 5 stars for me.
