  • I have caught the bug and alot of the credit has to go to Dre. had two great classes with him and looking forward to the next class. great workout and most importantly he makes time to help all of us with our form ( or lack of) to help keep us safe.

  • Dre sets the mood with great tunes. Along with his teaching, you really enjoy how he lengthens the poses to make sure you maximize each breathe. Highly recommend to add this to your routine to protect and strengthen your body! ���

  • I've had the pleasure of going to Dre's classes over the last few months and I have loved them! The classes push me to my boundaries physically. The motivation and support Dre gives is so helpful in finding the power to push through. I really enjoy the yoga aspect in the classes as well, I truly feel like I am working every aspect of my body. I can't wait to continue on this journey with an incredible teacher! Thank you Dre!

  • Dre’s class was challenging, fast paced and exactly what I needed to regenerate my fitness goals! No blood but lots of sweat, and laughter instead of tears. He’s a great motivator and pushes you to keep going, never give up! ????‍♀️You’ll be so proud of yourself after the class! His power of positivity stays with you even after you’ve gone home to rest those tired muscles. I highly recommend this powerful coach! His passion feeds you, motivates you and encourages you!

  • I started training with Dre three weeks ago. After trying a series of other trainers he is definitely the best trainer I've worked with in Toronto. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and health and his workouts are amazing. In additional to his workouts he's very very knowledgable on nutrition. I already dropped 6lbs and feel stronger and healthier. If you're looking for an amazing coach, Dre is the one!!

  • Before Dre's classes I had almost given up on the gym. After a couple sessions with Dre it was easy to want to go for a workout. He is genuine, knowledgeable and always has a positive attitude. I leave every class feeling great and have noticed an improvement in my shape. His workout program is a perfect combination of stamina and intensity.
