  • Amazing coach that is really knowledgable, his approach is very unique where he considers the mental blockages and triggers that may inhibit you from reaching your goals. He will definitely get you in amazing shape, but be prepared for some serious tough love. He is very honest, and truly gets down to the core of any obstacles which I LOVE not many coaches focus on the root cause of WHY people don't follow through. He explains why you are doing what you are doing and really challenges you to reframe how you think about things. His workouts are brutal, he really focuses on the execution of form which is so important. I thought I knew how to workout, but Dre really helped me take things to the next level.

  • Dre is awesome, hardcore, super passionate, and very approachable. He's the guy who whoops your butt in a training session but you're so grateful he did! I've walked out of his class proud (mostly that I survived), confident, and with a great sense of accomplishment. He gives you a workout that you keep thinking back to throughout the day. Plus, I love his power yoga!

  • Dre is the type of coach you have that love hate relationship. He calls you out on your fluff and holds you accountable to make sure you do what you need to do. It's not always pretty, he came to my home one time to make sure I didn't skip a workout. He goes out of his way to make sure you succeed.

  • Dre is an excellent trainer! I’ve been to multiple studio gyms with various classes over the past 3 years — Dre’s class is my favourite. He makes sure my technique and form is correct, and always pushes me further than I think I’m capable of. The yoga and stretching is a perfect warm-up and cool down. Thanks Dre! �
