  • Dre’s class was challenging, fast paced and exactly what I needed to regenerate my fitness goals! No blood but lots of sweat, and laughter instead of tears. He’s a great motivator and pushes you to keep going, never give up! 💪🏼🧘🏼‍♀️You’ll be so proud of yourself after the class! His power of positivity stays with you even after you’ve gone home to rest those tired muscles. I highly recommend this powerful coach! His passion feeds you, motivates you and encourages you!

  • Dre is amazing! His unique style of incorporating yoga into our weight training sessions are amazing! My body has toned up and I am getting continually getting stronger by the workout. He takes his time on you and will even take the time and stretch you out afterwards. 5 stars all the way!!

  • Dre’s classes and style of training is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. He pushes you to step out of your comfort zone and to breakthrough to your next level. Love the yoga and lifting combo, total opposites but works so well together. I love a good fitness challenge and I get that every time I do Dre’s class. A must try for anyone wanting to up their fitness game!
