  • I've had the pleasure of going to Dre's classes over the last few months and I have loved them! The classes push me to my boundaries physically. The motivation and support Dre gives is so helpful in finding the power to push through. I really enjoy the yoga aspect in the classes as well, I truly feel like I am working every aspect of my body. I can't wait to continue on this journey with an incredible teacher! Thank you Dre!

  • I went to my first workout in 8 months and did a class with Dre this morning. He pushed me hard, got me sweating and wanting to give up, but really motivates you and makes you feel like you can achieve it. My mom was with me and although she did some modified workouts, she didn’t give up either! Dre is awesome!

  • Dre sets the mood with great tunes. Along with his teaching, you really enjoy how he lengthens the poses to make sure you maximize each breathe. Highly recommend to add this to your routine to protect and strengthen your body! ���

  • I always enjoy going to Dre’s classes as they are like no other! The yoga at the beginning and during the cool down is a unique way of incorporating strength and flexibility training. Dre always motivates you while paying attention to everyone else in the class ensuring we all get the most out of our workout! I always look forward to going to his classes!
