  • Dre's yoga class is amazing, when you see a big dude like him you are shocked he's a yoga teacher lol But there is so much benefit from doing yoga and Dre is walking proof of that. Yoga is not something I would routinely do, but after doing Dre's yoga class I have it scheduled weekly now. I feel amazing after class and it's not boring and Dre always has an amazing playlist. It's definitely not your typical yoga you always see.

  • Dre is an excellent trainer! I’ve been to multiple studio gyms with various classes over the past 3 years — Dre’s class is my favourite. He makes sure my technique and form is correct, and always pushes me further than I think I’m capable of. The yoga and stretching is a perfect warm-up and cool down. Thanks Dre! �

  • Dre is a phenomenal trainer, his knowledge is amazing and he really knows how to get people to really push themselves. I have seen some other trainers and Dre is by far the best I have encountered.

  • Dre is an awesome trainer who motivates and pushes you to your max, especially when he knows you are slacking and have more gas left in the tank. His classes are extremely well thought out and target the entire body, leaving you with a feeling of accomplishment at the end. His music is also top notch, which always helps in getting you through an intense workout!

  • Amazing coach that is really knowledgable, his approach is very unique where he considers the mental blockages and triggers that may inhibit you from reaching your goals. He will definitely get you in amazing shape, but be prepared for some serious tough love. He is very honest, and truly gets down to the core of any obstacles which I LOVE not many coaches focus on the root cause of WHY people don't follow through. He explains why you are doing what you are doing and really challenges you to reframe how you think about things. His workouts are brutal, he really focuses on the execution of form which is so important. I thought I knew how to workout, but Dre really helped me take things to the next level.
