  • The first thing I will say is that if you are researching coaches in toronto, Dre is absolutely the best hands down!! Once you have that first session you will be hooked.

    Dre has mastered his craft. Every second of the workout is spent pushing me to my maximum potential. He is very knowledgeable not only about training but about nutrition and supplements which is very important if you're looking to transform your body.

    I went to him for weight loss and I have gotten stronger and continuously get comments from everyone about how great I am looking. If you want someone to push you and give you a workout like no other then Dre is the guy.

  • Dre is amazing! Looking forward to tomorrow’s DOMS... I know it’s coming, I can feel it 🙂 I haven’t had a workout this challenging in a long time... Loved it and hated it at the same time, but afterwards the sense of accomplishment was amazing! If you are looking for a seriously good trainer, look no further, Dre is your man!

  • Dre is an amazing instructor. He is passionate about yoga and fitness. I have noticed that My fitness and strength levels have improved since attending Dre’s classes. He encourages me to lift progressively heavier weights and pushes me to keep going during every session. Dre ensures that your technique is always correct and will provide a modification to make sure you still work hard regardless of limitations. If you are looking for a trainer who is motivating, challenging, inspiring and will push you to your limits, DRE IS YOUR GUY!

  • Dre is amazing! His unique style of incorporating yoga into our weight training sessions are amazing! My body has toned up and I am getting continually getting stronger by the workout. He takes his time on you and will even take the time and stretch you out afterwards. 5 stars all the way!!

  • Dre's yoga class is amazing, when you see a big dude like him you are shocked he's a yoga teacher lol But there is so much benefit from doing yoga and Dre is walking proof of that. Yoga is not something I would routinely do, but after doing Dre's yoga class I have it scheduled weekly now. I feel amazing after class and it's not boring and Dre always has an amazing playlist. It's definitely not your typical yoga you always see.

  • I have worked with numerous trainers in the past and Dre just raises the bar.
    He really sets himself apart with this genuine empathy and his ability to inspire you to show up big. Dre is more than just a trainer, he's a game changer. He has challenged me in ways I didn't feel comfortable but when it was all said and done I am all the better for it. Thank you Dre for always being an inspiration 🙂

  • Dre is the most intuitive and challenging fitness instructors I've ever had.His style mixes strength training with yoga, targeting almost all your muscle groups, while also ensuring a good stretch. He knows exactly how to push you to achieve your goals and motivate you to complete his challenging, but very rewarding work out. You will always leave his class feeling strong, powerful and accomplished. Highly recommend trying a session.
